2. Make sure that the upstream switches of
the inverter are connected.
3. Make sure that the phase sequence of
the AC cables are connected correctly,
and the neutral wire and PE cable are
connected properly and 󽗉rmly.
3 Vac Fail
The utility grid
voltage is out of the
allowed range.
1. Make sure that the grid voltage is within
the allowed range.
2. Make sure that the phase sequence of
the AC cables are connected correctly,
and the neutral wire and PE cable are
connected properly and 󽗉rmly.
4 Fac Fail
The utility grid
frequency is out of
the allowed range.
1. Check whether other electrical devices
under the same grid connection point is
working normally, and whether the main
supply is normal.
2. Make sure that the grid frequency is
within the allowed range.
3. Make sure that the phase sequence of
the AC cables are connected correctly,
and the neutral wire and PE cable are
connected properly and 󽗉rmly.
4. Pay attention to the frequency of the
fault. If it happens occasionally, the fault
may be caused by the instantaneous
utility grid frequency change and does
not need to be handled.
