Disassemble Pump
1. Remove packing nut and throat
adjustment spacer.
2. Unscrew cylinder from intake valve.
3. Disassemble intake valve. Clean and
inspect. O-ring may require a pick for
removal.

to avoid damage to the machined surfaces.
