  If your Graco Paint Sprayer pump isn't priming, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the Prime/Spray valve is set to PRIME. Check and clean the inlet screen for any clogs. Make sure the suction tube is fully immersed in the paint. If the inlet valve check ball is stuck, try dislodging it by inserting a pencil into the inlet section. For a stuck outlet valve check ball, open the Easy-Access door, unscrew the outlet valve, and clean the assembly. Also, tighten the suction tube connection and inspect for any leaks. If the Prime/Spray valve is clogged, clean or replace the drain tube, but if the drain valve is clogged return the sprayer to an authorized service center.
