Outlet Valve Fitting
NOTE: Before doing any repair to pump, perform
Flushing Sprayer procedure, page 13.
Removal
1. Engage trigger lock and pull relief valve UP to
release pressure.
2. Remove battery.
3. Remove pump outlet cap.
4. Use tool (supplied) to loosen and remove outlet
valve fitting.
Installation
1. Screw outlet valve fitting into threads. Use tool (sup-
plied) and tighten to 8 ft-lb.
2. Press new pump outlet cap into place.
