What to do if my Graco ProComp HVLP 3800 Paint Sprayer has no fluid delivery?
    • S
      Steven WilkersonAug 7, 2025
If your Graco Paint Sprayer isn't delivering fluid, first check the container to ensure it has material. Also, check for leaks at the container gasket and tighten the cover if it's loose. Verify air flow from the male quick-disconnect at the compressor outlet (it should be approximately 1/4 CFM). Turn the pressure regulator clockwise and look for pressure on the gauge; if there's no pressure, inspect the air line and fittings. Check the hole in the 2-quart pressure pot cover at the needle valve and clean if necessary. Ensure the fluid pickup tube is plugged in and tightened. Blow out the material hose to clear any obstructions.

Why does my Graco ProComp HVLP 3800 Paint Sprayer's circuit breaker trip?
    • A
      amber81Aug 25, 2025
If the circuit breaker trips on your Graco Paint Sprayer, the filter might be clogged, so clean the filter and replace it if necessary. High ambient temperature can also cause this, so move the turbine to a cooler area. Excessive brush wear can be another cause; remove the cover and turbine to check for free motor rotation and brush wear, replacing the motor brushes if needed. If there is excessive current draw, return to authorized service center.
