Ensure proper airflow (approximately 1/4 CFM) from the male quick-disconnect. Turn the pressure regulator clockwise to check pressure, and inspect air line fittings if there's no pressure. Also, check the hole in the 1-quart remote cup cover for blockages and clean if necessary. Ensure there are no obstructions, the fluid pickup tube is tight, and blow out the material hose. Also, check the turbine and motor air filters, cleaning them or replacing them as necessary. The length of your extension cord can also affect atomization; it should be a 3-wire, 12 AWG (2.5mm2) minimum, and no more than 50 ft (15 m) long. Similarly, an air hose that's too long can cause problems, so replace it with a shorter hose, but no shorter than 20 ft (6,1 m). Finally, make sure all air hose connections are securely connected to prevent leaks.

If you're using an extension cord, make sure it's a 3-wire, 12 AWG cord that's 50 ft (15 m) or shorter. A hose that is too long may also cause this issue. Replace it with a shorter hose. Also, make sure that the power supply voltage is correct for your sprayer model. High ambient temperatures can also lead to circuit breaker trips, so move the sprayer to a cooler area.
