It's also possible the pump has reached its maximum life, so replace the pump. Finally, check if the extension spring has fallen out of place and put it back.

Ensure only one FlexLiner is in the cup support and that there's no damage or debris on the FlexLiner's sealing edge or cup lid gasket. Make sure all air is out of the FlexLiner and the VacuValve cap is closed, and that the cup assembly is correctly installed. Clean the sprayer.
