Newer vehicles may have one or more seating positions with UAS
anchorage systems. If vehicle is equipped with UAS, the vehicle lower
anchor points may be visible at the vehicle seat crease. If not visible,
they may be marked with the symbol .
See your vehicle owner’s manual for exact locations, anchor
identification, and requirements for use with an infant restraint.

UAS lower vehicle anchor points are defined as 280 mm (11 inches)
from the center of one UAS anchor to the center of another UAS anchor.
If allowed by your Vehicle Owners Manual, the center seating position
maybe used if the anchor spacing is 280 mm (11 inches) or greater.
