ASSEMBLE BAGGER
See Figure 7.
1. Install hex bolt (Item 10) into the right
rollover protection structure (ROPS)
bracket with a spin lock flange nut (Item
12) in the center of the bracket.
2. Secure hex bolt with a flat steel washer
(Item 13), spacer (Item 11) and top lock
flange nut (Item 9).
3. Repeat steps 1 – 2 on left ROPS bracket.
4. Install left bagger arm (Item 4) onto
bagger post (Item 2) with two hex bolts
(Item 19) and two top lock flange nuts
(Item 9). Do not tighten. Repeat on right
bagger arm (Item 3). See Figure 8.
5. Position bagger post ends onto bagger
mounts. See Figure 9.
6. Ensure bagger posts are securely
engaged in bagger mounts. Lift and rotate
bagger post until bagger arms lock onto
the ROPS bolts. Ensure both sides are
latched. See Figure 10.
