(5) If network is available but the client still cannot access the server website, you need to open the
IIS manager.

Choose ―Start‖ -> ―All Programs‖ -> ―Manage Tools‖ -> ―IIS Manager‖, as shown in the following
figure:

In the displayed ―IIS Manager‖ window, open the navigation tree in the left, choose ―Website‖ ->
―Default website‖, and right click it to choose ―Start‖ to enable the website.
