The oil tank might be empty, so add lubricant. There may be a blockage of the discharge port, oil tank, guide bar, oil tank cap, sprocket, or guide wheels due to contamination. To resolve this, remove the guide bar and clean the discharge port, clean the oil tank and add new lubricant, clean the guide bar and the oil tank cap, and clean the sprocket and the guide wheels.
