  If your GreenWorks Pressure Washer motor won't start, first ensure the On/Off switch is in the “ON” (|) position. Check that the power cord is securely plugged into a functioning electrical outlet. If the outlet isn't providing enough power, try a different one. Also, check if the pressure washer circuit breaker has tripped and allow it to cool before restarting. Finally, with the power switch ON, make sure to push in on the gun trigger to engage the AUTO ON switch.

  If the motor of your GreenWorks Pressure Washer buzzes but fails to run, ensure that the supply voltage meets the minimum requirement and that no other appliances are running on the same circuit. If there's residual pressure in the system, turn the unit off, squeeze the trigger on the spray wand to release the pressure, and then turn the unit back on. Remove any extension cords and plug the unit directly into the outlet to avoid voltage loss. You can try to disconnect water supply and power ON for 2 to 3 seconds, repeat couple times or until the motor starts.

  If the output pressure of your GreenWorks Pressure Washer varies from high to low, first, fully turn on the water supply and check the garden hose for any kinks, leaks, or blockages. If the pump is sucking air, turn the machine off and purge the pump by squeezing the trigger through the spray tip. Ensure that the supply voltage is adequate and that only the pressure washer is running on the circuit. You can also try running distilled vinegar through the detergent tank.

  If your GreenWorks Pressure Washer isn't reaching high pressure, it might be due to a few reasons. Ensure you are using a garden hose with a diameter of 1” (25 mm) or 5/8” (16 mm). Check the garden hose for any restrictions like kinks, leaks, or blockages. Make sure you have an adequate water supply by fully opening the water source. Finally, confirm that the pressure tip has been correctly installed on the wand assembly.
