ASSEMBLY
ATTACHING THE AUXILIARY HANDLE
(See
Figure 2.3.
)
1. Ensure the string trimmer is not plugged in.
2. Place the auxiliary handle (1) along the upper shaft to a position that allows for
comfortable operation.
3. Slide the bolt (2) through the holes in the front handle.
4. Place the wing nut (4) onto the bolt and tighten the wing nut securely.
HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

)
1. Loosen the collar and rotate it in the direction of the arrow shown in gure 2.4.
2. Move the shaft straight up or down. When the desired height is achieved, tighten the collar
by rotating it opposite of the direction shown in gure 2.4.
