    Why is my Grizzly G0941 Saw operating in reverse?

      If your Grizzly Saw (G0652 only) is operating in reverse, the power connections may be wired out of phase. Swap two incoming power leads to correct this.

      The motor may not start due to several reasons: * The switch disabling lock might be installed, so remove it. * The stop button might not be reset; lift the stop paddle and fully depress the stop button. * The motor connection might be wired incorrectly; in this case, wire the motor correctly, referring to the inside junction box cover or the manual. * The contactor might not be energized or has poor contacts; test all legs for power, test the field coil, and replace if at fault. * There might be a break or short in the wiring, or loose connections; trace/replace broken or corroded wires and fix loose connections. * The power supply might be switched off or has incorrect voltage; switch the power supply on and verify the voltage. * The thermal overload relay in the mag switc...

      Excessive vibration or noise in your Grizzly Saw can stem from various issues. Here's what to check: * A slight blade wobble can cause vibration. Try using a blade stabilizer. * If the arbor nut is loose or obstructed by debris, remove, clean, and then tighten the arbor nut. * A loose arbor pulley can also cause vibration. Retighten or replace the arbor pulley, using shaft and thread locking liquid. * Check if the tilt handwheel is loose and tighten the tilt handwheel lock knob. * Inspect the casting. If the trunnion or geared bearing housing is loose or cracked, tighten or replace it. * Ensure the motor fan isn't rubbing on the fan cover.
