How to fix non-square cuts on Grizzly G0621X?
    • K
      Karen SchmidtAug 18, 2025
If your cuts aren't square vertically with your Grizzly Saw, the table tilt might not be adjusted to 0°, or the positive stop has moved. Adjust the table tilt to 0° and readjust the positive stop if needed. Also, the table tilt scale pointer may not be calibrated, so calibrate it to 0°. Finally, the table might not be square to the blade; in that case, shim the table.

How to fix blade tracking issues on Grizzly G0621X Saw?
    • D
      davidleeAug 20, 2025
If the blade on your Grizzly Saw doesn't track consistently, correctly, or at all, it could be that the wheels are not coplanar or aligned with each other. Adjust the wheels to be coplanar or aligned with each other. Another possibility is that the rubber tires on the wheels are worn out. Redress or replace the rubber tires on the wheels.

Why is my Grizzly G0621X Saw vibrating when cutting?
    • D
      Daniel HillAug 22, 2025
If your Grizzly Saw vibrates when cutting, it could be due to a loose or damaged blade. Try tightening or replacing the blade. Another cause might be sawdust buildup on the wheels. If that's the case, clean all sawdust from the rubber tires on the wheels.

Why does my Grizzly G0621X Saw slow down when operating?
    • L
      leroy06Aug 26, 2025
If your Grizzly Saw slows down during operation, it may be because you're feeding the workpiece too fast; try reducing the feed rate. Alternatively, the blade could be dull, in which case you should replace it.

How to improve cut quality of Grizzly Saw?
    • J
      Jason RobertsAug 27, 2025
If you're experiencing rough or poor-quality cuts with your Grizzly Saw, this could be happening for a couple of reasons. First, you might be feeding the workpiece too fast, so try reducing the feed rate. Second, the blade guides may be adjusted incorrectly, so re-adjust all blade guides and support bearings.

What to do if my Grizzly Saw leaves burn marks?
    • S
      sheltonkristiAug 30, 2025
If you notice burn marks on the edge of your cuts with the Grizzly Saw, it could be from applying too much side pressure when feeding the workpiece, causing the blade to bind. Make sure to feed the workpiece straight into the blade. Another possibility is that the blade is too wide for the radius you're cutting. Try installing a narrower blade or increasing the blade tension.

Why doesn't my Grizzly Saw cut straight?
    • J
      Joseph HoffmanSep 1, 2025
If the blade on your Grizzly Saw wanders or doesn't cut straight, it could be due to blade lead. Another cause is sawdust buildup on the wheels. In this case, you should clean all sawdust from the rubber tires on the wheels.

How to prevent sawdust buildup in Grizzly G0621X Saw?
    • L
      Laura MillerSep 4, 2025
If you're noticing sawdust buildup inside the cabinet of your Grizzly Saw, it could be due to a clogged dust port. Try cleaning out the dust port. Another possibility is low CFM (airflow) from the shop vacuum. In this case, check dust hoses for leaks or clogs, or connect the saw to a more powerful shop vacuum.

Why is my Grizzly G0621X Saw making a ticking sound?
    • M
      Martha Berry MDSep 7, 2025
If you hear a ticking sound when your Grizzly Saw is running, it could be that the blade weld is contacting the guide or support bearings. A light tick is normal, but if it's excessive, use a file or stone to smooth and round the back of the blade and slightly loosen the blade guides. Alternatively, the blade weld may be failing, so inspect and replace the blade if necessary.

    Larry ChaseSep 9, 2025
What to do if Grizzly Saw blade hits table insert?
    • B
      bmartinezSep 9, 2025
If the blade is contacting the table insert on your Grizzly Saw, the insert might be installed upside down or backwards. Try reinstalling the insert a different way. Alternatively, the table may be improperly mounted or aligned, so align the table.
