Why fire signal cannot be cleared on GST C-9105R Security Sensors?
    • S
      Sean AllenAug 3, 2025
If the fire signal on your GST Security Sensors cannot be cleared, it might be due to several reasons. There could be obstructions on the optical pathway between the detector and the reflector, or the angle of the optical pathway may have changed and needs realignment. Alternatively, the emitting diode, its circuit, the photodiode, the amplifying circuit, the relay, or the control circuit could be damaged. If the problem is due to obstructions or angle changes, commission the device again. If it's due to damaged components, replace the component with the problem.

What to do if GST C-9105R give a fault signal after normal operation?
    • A
      adrienne08Aug 17, 2025
If your GST Security Sensors give a fault signal after a period of normal operation, it could be due to the detector not working normally. Commission the device once more.

How to fix constantly flashing green LED on GST C-9105R after power on?
    • J
      Jose DrakeAug 23, 2025
If the green LED constantly flashes after powering on your GST Security Sensors, it could be due to a damaged emitting diode or circuit, or a damaged photodiode or amplifying circuit. Replace the component with the problem.

How to troubleshoot GST C-9105R when working indicators are not lit after power on?
    • H
      hernandezdavidAug 28, 2025
If the working indicators on your GST Security Sensors are not lit after powering on, it could be due to several reasons: a) 24V power off; b) Working indicators damaged; c) Transient suppressor VD12 damaged; d) Diode VD1, VD2, VD10, VD11 breakdown resulting in short circuit with ground; e) N1, N2 damaged; f) The flexible cable inside was not connected or not connected correctly. For issues a) through e), replace the component with the problem. If the issue is f), connect the cable again in the right way.
