After-sales service
Thank you very much for purchasing GUSTARD brand HIFI products. In order to protect your
rights and interests, please read the following warranty clauses carefully so that you
can obtain the perfect after-sales service provided by GUSTARD in time.
1. Product warranty period:
GUSTARD promises to enjoy 2 -year free warranty service and life-long maintenance for all
kinds of electronic products under its brand from the date of purchase .
Return to the factory for a new one within 15 days from the date of purchase (no scratches
on the fuselage ) , free warranty within one month, and the manufacturer is responsible
for the round-trip freight . 1 month - 2 years Warranty for each shipping cost.
*The manufacturer only bears the freight in mainland China, and the
overseas part of the freight and taxes are negotiated between the user
and the merchant. 2. Under what circumstances to enjoy free warranty
service:
GUSTARD electronic products are within the free warranty period from the date of sale. If
the user uses the product normally, the product will
Failures caused by component quality or manufacturing problems.
3. In one of the following situations, the product will not enjoy the warranty service:
a. The product has exceeded the specified warranty period from the date of purchase, and
the product is no longer entitled to warranty service.
b. The actual product does not match the product model, barcode and purchase date on the
warranty card.
c. without the authorization of GUSTARD technicians.
d. Damage caused by irresistible natural external forces.
e. Damage caused by exceeding the allowable use environment.
f. Damage caused by incorrect use or improper storage (including but not limited to:
excessive voltage causing damage to the circuit or components; collision causing
damage to the shell or internal components; damage caused by water, oil and other
liquids entering the product, damage caused by excessive dust ; product oxidation or
corrosion, etc. ) .
4. Services beyond the scope of warranty:
For machines beyond the warranty period and warranty scope, such as damage to
individual components, man-made damage to the appearance, unauthorized software
modification by the user, resulting in inability to work, etc. GUSTARD promises to
charge for maintenance when the conditions are met (large-area components or circuit
boards are burned and cannot be repaired ) , and the freight, maintenance fees, and
material fees need to be borne by the user.
