Selects High Speed Priority or Slew Rate Priority
for CV or CC mode. The voltage or current slew
rate can only be edited if CC/CV Slew Rate
Priority is selected. The ISR indicator will be lit for
CC Slew Rate Priority and the VSR indicator will
be lit for CV Slew Rate Priority.
CC and CV Slew Rate Priority mode are disabled when
voltage/current output is set to external control.
