Installing a DSIC
DSICs are not hot swappable. Make sure the router is powered off before installing a DSIC.
Only the MSR 36-20/36-40/36-60 router supports DSICs. You must remove the slot divider between
slot 1 and slot 2 or between slot 3 and slot 4 before you install a DSIC.
To install a DSIC:
1. Remove the screws on the filler panels in SIC slots 1 and 2, or slots 3 and 4 of an MSR 36-20,
36-40, or 36-60 to remove the filler panel.
