NSQM1GT4PFC
The NSQM1GT4PFC interface module provides four 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet copper ports.
•
When the firewall is operating correctly, the four ports operate as common data ports.
•
When the firewall is powered off, the four ports are divided into two bypass port pairs with ports
0 and 1 in one pair and ports 2 and 3 in another pair. The two ports in a pair can act as the uplink
and downlink interfaces for a Layer 2 link and form a bypass link. This enables traffic to be
transmitted through the firewall even if the firewall is powered off and ensures service
continuity.
