VALVE PROBLEM
GREEN VALVE MAY NOT BE LOADED.
The disposable test indicates
that the valve may not be loaded.
1. Check tubing installation at valve.
2. Resume operation.

SELF TEST PROBLEM
THE CENTRIFUGE VACUUM SYSTEM IS OBSTRUCTED.
Centrifuge vacuum could not be released.
1. Remove bowl.
2. Check that white filter in Centrifuge
Chuck base is dry.
3. Turn power OFF, then ON and try again.
NOTE: If problem persists,
call Haemonetics Technical Hot Line.

SELF TEST PROBLEM
DISPOSABLE ID READER FAILED SELF TEST.
1. Remove white pump manifold.
2. Clean disposable ID reader window.
3. Turn power OFF, then ON and try again.
NOTE: If problem persists,
call Haemonetics Technical Hot Line.

WEIGHER PROBLEM
PLEASE REMOVE ALL WEIGHT FROM WEIGHER.
1. Remove any weight on Weigher.
2. Resume operation.
3. Replace bag AFTER self test.

SELF TEST PROBLEM
PLEASE DISCONNECT THE CUFF FROM REAR PANEL.
Excessive Cuff pressure was measured.
1. Disconnect cuff from rear panel.
2. Deflate cuff completely.
3. Connect cuff to rear panel.
4. Resume operation.

SELF TEST PROBLEM
IS LINE SENSOR CLEAN AND TUBING REMOVED?
1. Remove tubing from Line Sensor.
2. Check Line Sensor for contamination.
3. Turn power OFF, then ON and try again.
NOTE: If problem persists,
call Haemonetics Technical Hot Line.

SELF TEST
Please OPEN the Centrifuge Cover Latch.
The Centrifuge Cover Switch must be
tested for safe operation.
1. OPEN and CLOSE the Centrifuge Cover
Switch as requested.

Please CLOSE the Centrifuge Cover Latch.
The Centrifuge Cover Switch must be
tested for safe operation.
1. OPEN and CLOSE the Centrifuge Cover
Switch as requested.

NOTICE
THE PROTOCOL PARAMETERS HAVE BEEN RESET.
The saved protocol parameters have been
reset. Before starting the next procedure:
1. Reprogram the HaemoCalculator.
2. Reprogram Modify.
SOFTWARE WATCHDOG
INVALID ID.
The computer has sensed an
invalid Software Watchdog ID code.
Please turn the power off and
contact Haemonetics Technical Hot Line.
