If your Handicare Scooter isn't working, first ensure all battery clamps are securely in place and that the scooter is in the DRIVE position, not NEUTRAL. Also, check if the automatic safety fuse has jumped out; if so, push it back in. Note that the scooter also has a troubleshooting diagnosis system that can be read by the dealer with special hard and software.
