7 Troubleshooting
If your Winner will not function, even though the batteries are fully charged, check the
following points before getting in touch with your dealer.
1. Check whether all battery clamps are securely in place.
2. Check whether it is in DRIVE position (not NEUTRAL).
3. Check if the automatic safety fuse has jumped out. If it has, push the fuse back in
again.
If it jumps out again, contact your dealer.
4. The scooter has a troubleshooting diagnosis system that can be read by the dealer
with special hard and software.
7.1 Troubleshooting table
If your scooter will not drive, or does not drive as it should, please check the list below
first, to see if you can solve the problem yourself, before approaching the dealer.

The contact plug is not properly put

The connectors in the motor
compartment are not put into the
controller properly, or they are loose.
Check the connectors and make
sure they are put into the
controller properly.

Check the battery clamps and
tighten them.

Neutral is on. Switch off the neutral. Yourself
The automatic safety fuse has jumped
out.

Find the cause and push the
automatic fuse back in when
the problem is solved.

There is a loose connection in the
wiring or a connector.

The battery voltage is too low. Check the battery voltage. See

Charge the batteries.
Check operation of the battery
charger.

The scooter drives too slowly. Turn the speed controller up (by
turning it to the right).

Overcharge. Check whether the scooter was
frequently used on steeps slopes.

Temperature is too high. Allow the scooter to cool down. Yourself
Sometimes simply switching the scooter off and back on again will correct the problem.
If you cannot solve the problem by using the list above, contact your dealer.
