Section 3 Operation
REV PWR FLDBK = excessive reverse power at an individual PA output (accompa-
nied by red LED above PA module) or transmitter output (otherwise)
PA CURRENT FLDBK = excessive current in one or more PA modules, typically
caused by excessive drive level.
PS CURRENT FLDBK = excessive power supply current in one or more power sup-
ply modules, typically caused by failure of one of more PS modules in combined PS
bank.
PA TEMP FLDBK = excessive temperature in an individual PA module (accompa-
nied by red LED above PA module) or in a combiner reject load (otherwise).
EXTERNAL MUTE = a forced MUTE condition, typically caused by the user mute
control, or the exciter ready mute line.
RAISE/LOWER Pushbuttons: A pair of pushbuttons to adjust the transmitter power
level between zero and full (0-110%) of the power range determined by the internal
APC set potentiometers.
ON/OFF Pushbuttons: A pair of pushbuttons to turn the transmitter on and off.
REMOTE DISABLE switch: A small rocker switch located on the reverse side of the
controller PC board on the inside of the front door. When the switch is in the REMOTE
DISABLED position, only local control of the transmitter is allowed via the front panel.
