Safety notes
DANGER
Fire hazard from fuel.
Leaked or spilled fuel can ignite on hot engine parts and cause
serious burn injuries.
Only refuel when the engine is switched off.
Never refuel in the vicinity of open flames or sparks that can
cause ignition.
Do not smoke.
Do not spill fuel.
CAUTION
Danger of environmental damage from spilled fuel.
Do not overfill the fuel tank and do not spill fuel.
Collect emerging fuel and dispose of it in an environmentally
compatible manner.
CAUTION
Engine damage from using low quality fuel.
The use of fuel that does not meet the specifications can lead to
engine damage.
Only use the fuel specified in chapter 4.3 Fuel, page 23.
The use of fuel that does not meet specifications requires
approval by Motorenfabrik HATZ (main plant).
