Installation Procedure

LCD Display

Room Temp

Indicates the current temperature sensor mode.

Day Indicator

Displays the current day.

Frost Icon

Displayed when the thermostat is in frost protection mode.

Flame Icon

Displayed when the thermostat is calling for heat.

Temperature Hold

When a Temp Hold is active, HOLD FOR and remaining time is displayed.

Set

Indicates when changes are being made to programs or temperature set points.

Optional Features Explained

Feature 01 – Temperature Format

Allows selection between °C and °F.

Feature 02 – Switching Differential

Adjusts the switching differential for heating control.

Feature 03 – Frost Protect

Sets whether frost temperature is maintained when display is off.

Feature 04 – Frost Protect Temperature

Temperature maintained when the thermostat is in frost mode.

Feature 05 – Output Delay

Prevents rapid switching by setting an output delay.

Feature 07 – Temperature Up/Down Limit

Limits the use of the up and down keys for temperature adjustment.

Feature 08 – Sensor Selection

Selects the sensor to be used (built-in or remote).

Feature 09 – Floor Temp Limit

This function is not available on this model.

Feature 10 – Optimum Start

Delays heating start-up to ensure warmth at the programmed time.

Feature 11 – Rate of Change

Learns heat-up time to optimize heating efficiency.

Adjusting the Optional Settings

Optional Settings - Feature Table

Feature 01 - Temperature Format

Sets temperature units to °C or °F. Default is °C.

Feature 02 - Switching Differential

Sets switching differential from 01°-03°C. Default is 01°C.

Feature 03 - Frost Mode

Enables or disables frost protection. Default is Enabled.

Feature 04 - Frost Protection Temperature

Sets frost protection temperature range 07°-17°C. Default is 12°C.

Feature 05 - Output Delay

Sets output delay from 00-15 minutes. Default is 00.

Feature 06 - Communications ID No.

Not used on this model.

Feature 07 - Up/Down Temperature Limit

Sets temperature limit for Up/Down keys. Default is 00° - 10°C.

Feature 08 - Sensor Selection

Selects sensor: Built-in Air Sensor or Remote Air Sensor.

Feature 10 - Optimum Start

Sets optimum start delay from 00-03 Hours. Default is 00.

Feature 11 - Rate of Change

Sets minutes to raise temperature by 1°C.

Feature 12 - Program Mode

Sets program mode: Non-Programmable, 5/2 Day, or 7 Day.
