3. Remove hexagonal screw and also self-locked nut, placed on blades.
4. Take down the blades from the driving shaft.
5. Clean the driving shaft by bio-oil.
6. Put the new blade on the driving shaft. The assembly hole on the shaft and blades has to
be indentical.
7. Put the hexagonal screw through the hole and place the new self-locked nut on the screw
(The nut is enclosed in the pack of the blade accessories).
CHECKING TRANSMISSION LUBRICANT
Before new season starts, always change the oil/refill the lube in authorized service (cleaning,
maintenance, inspection and alignment tools aren´t the warranty act and are paid services). In case
you need to check the lube in time outside the regular inspection, the procedure is as follows:
1. Switch the tool off, unplug it and wait for the tines to stop turning.
2. Lay the tiller on its right side. Screw plug is located on the left side of transmission housing.
If necessary, remove tine assemblies to have better access to the drain screw plug
(PIC. 3)
.
3. Clean the transmission to prevent dirt and debris before remove the drain screw.
4. Using a hex key to unscrew the plug and check the lube situation in gearbox
(PIC. 4)
.
5. The level of lube should be at the level of the filling hole.
6. Reinstall the drain screw plug.
CHANGING THE CARBON BRUSHES
In case of excessive sparking, have the carbon brushes checked only by a authorized service centre.
Replacing the carbon brushes is associated with the necessary overall control of the tool.

The carbon brushes should not be replaced by anyone but a authorized service centre.
CLEANING
CAUTION! A
Never spray the product with water or expose it to water. In any case, do not wash
by water the parts of machine, which are not intended for it.
Never use aggressive detergents or solvents for cleaning.
1. Carefully clean the machine after each use.
2. Do not let the handles contaminate with oil or grease. Clean the handle clean with a damp
cloth washed in soapy water. Never use aggressive detergents or solvents for cleaning. This can
cause irreparable damage to the product. The plastic parts can be eaten away by chemicals.
3. Wipe down the product with a slightly damp cloth or with brush.
4. Clean the cover of the machine, especially the ventilation holes.
5. If any of the parts of the machine is cleaned by water or a damp cloth, etc., it must be
completely dry. Then the metal parts must be grease against the corrosion with suitable
protective oil. Make sure that the water doesn´t leak into the internal parts of the machine.
6. Potential damage of the parts due to corrosion, can not be assessed as a manufacturing or
material defect.
