3.2. Installation
3.2.1. Preparing the Citea Foundation
Hectronic recommends the following preparations:
1. Excavation for the foundation (approx. 500 x 500 x 500 mm)
2. Laying an empty pipe for 230 V supply line or solar connection and/or antenna line.
3. Laying of the underground cables according to the valid VDE guidelines, length above the top edge of the foundation
approx. 1000 mm.
4. The concrete foundation should consist of 3 parts gravel and sand and 1 part cement.
5. Inserting the foundation frame: The four screws must protrude 65 mm above the top edge of the concrete. Cover them so
that they do not get dirty or damaged.
To ensure that the unit stands vertically later, the foundation surface must be perfectly level with the spirit
level!
