The same steps must be followed to reprogram a lock.
The safe door must always be open during the programming process. If this is forgotten, the safe must be
broken open!
Please note that the only keys to open the safe are the ones you ordered. Always keep these keys under lock
and key!!!
If you lose a key, you must order a new key from Hectronic by sending in an original key. It may take a few
weeks before the replacement key is available.
3.3. Commissioning of Citea
To start up the machine for the first time, it must be created in the CityLine online portal. The procedure can be found in the
CityLine online help.
You need a USB stick with all the necessary files (configuration, tariffs, masks, ticket profile, possibly touch project.
The USB stick is prepared with CityLine. For more information, see the CityLine online help.
The following steps must be carried out for commissioning:

Check that all cables are connected correctly.
Check that all DIP switches on the AC-ARM9 board are set to "0".
Switch on the parking machine (main switch on the AC-ARM9 board to "1").
Check whether the parking machine boots (parking machine beeps, LEDs light up). Close the door of
the electronics compartment.
Wait until the machine has completely booted.
The boot process can take up to approx. 5 minutes. With the touch display version,
the boot process runs for approx. 5 minutes.
The display shows "Please pay".
Insert a paper roll.
Make sure the paper is loaded the right way round and the print head is not lifted off.
Open the door of the electronics compartment and print a test ticket.
