Warranty
Please note below what is covered in our warranty policy. You need to register your warranty online or via the post in order to
activate the warranty for your stove. The appliance needs to be installed by a HETAS approved engineer and in accordance of
warrant a service call and can be easily done using the instructions in this manual.
Chimney Fire and Over Firing
