Step 8:
. Takeout the seat from the tilt assembly.
Step 10:
. Place the li-o tool on the top edge of the cylinder.
Step 9:
. Turn lever counterclock wise to activate the cylinder.
Step 11:
. Hit the li-o tool with mallet.
