The switch has three positions.
1. Headlamp Switch
Position Action
“OFF”
“Following is “ON”
Ensure starter switch (2) is operated when
the vehicle is in neutral. If the vehicle is
engaged in gear press the clutch lever
before operating the starter switch. Release
starter switch after the engine has started.

CAUTION
Never hold starter switch continuously for
more than 5 seconds as continuous
cranking of engine will drain the battery.
Steering lock is within the ignition switch,
turn the key (1) to “OFF” position & turn
the handle bar towards left or right & push
the key downwards & turn towards “Lock”
position. After locking take out the key.
