for safe economical and trouble-free
riding. It will also help reduce air
pollution.
To help you, take proper care of your
motorcycle, the following pages include a
Maintenance Schedule and a Maintenance
Record for regular scheduled main-
tenance.
These instructions are based on the
assumption that the motorcycle will be
used exclusively for its designed purpose.
Sustained high speed operation or
operation in unusually wet or dusty
conditions will require more frequent
service than specified in the Maintenance
Schedule.

workshop for recommendation applicable
to your individual needs and use.

maintenance recommendations and
schedules in this owner's manual.
• Improperly maintained motorcycle
or failing to correct a problem before
