NOTE
Before inserting the feeler gauge, smear a
bit of engine oil on the feeler gauge to
avoid damage to the feeler gauge.

Do not attempt to compensate for faults
in other systems by adjusting idle
speed. Visit your Authorised Hero
MotoCorp workshop for scheduled
carburetor adjustment.
If adjustment is required, adjust by
loosening the lock nut (6) and turning
the adjusting screw (5) until there is a
slight drag on the feeler gauge (7).
After tightening the lock nut (6), check
the clearance again.
