45 Card picking error Picking error Remove failed card, power printer off
and then power on.

51 Check printer Carriage homing error Ensure that a card is not stuck inside the
printer. Check for ink accumulated on
print carriage encoder strip and wipe
with cleaning wipe.
52 Check printer Carriage jam error Ensure that a card is not stuck inside the
printer. Check card sensor shield is
properly positioned.
53 Check printer Tray jam error Ensure that a card is not stuck inside the
printer. Check for ink accumulated on
encoder strip beneath the print tray and
wipe with cleaning wipe.
54 Check printer Cannot reach
temperature
Check heater tray connectors on the
board. May require repair or
replacement.
55 Check printer Fan not working Check connector on the print board.
