10. Rotate the central link rod (K) until the short pin (O) is pointed upwards (see figure 6).
11. Pull the central link rod (K) out of the base frame tube.

Replacement
1. Insert the new hex bar foot end (A) until it goes through the first hole of the base frame
tube (M) (see figure 7).
