Monitoring of the proximity

The module monitors the proximity switch supplies for
overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent.
If a fault occurs, the corresponding Channel X Supply
OK status is set to FALSE.

The module switches off the affected proximity switch
supply and sets the corresponding Supply OK status to
FALSE.
