The "3286-20 CLAMP ON POWER HiTESTER" is
designed to provide multiple functions by adopting
a single-chip microcomputer. At any desired point
of a single-phase circuit or three-phase circuit, this
instrument enables the measurement of voltage,
current, power, power factor, phase angle, reactive
power or frequency, and the detection of phase
sequence on live lines.
