Test Mode Display Prompts
MESSAGE
CAUSE
ACTION
TEST STOPPED
1. "Stop" button pressed.
2. Rotary knob pressed
while "Stop" button is
highlighted.
1. Press "Start" button only once to initiate test.
2. Press Rotary knob only once to initiate test.
HV OFF
1. System in self-protect
mode.
2. High voltage power supply
damaged.
1. Power off 800PL-HD, wait 2 minutes, and
turn power on.
2. Consult factory.
DUT BREAKDOWN
1. Arc flash across insulation
detected.
1. Press OK or Save Report.
2. Repeat test as desired.
NO OUTPUT VOLTAGE
DETECTED
1. Ramping up high voltage on the
unit but, no feedback voltage
monitoring is detected
1. Check to make sure all the connections are
correct.
2. Consult factory.
MAX LEAKAGE CURRENT
EXCEEDED
1. Measured leakage current
exceeded the maximum
limit set by the user.
1. Press OK or Save Report.
2. Repeat test as desired.
E-STOP PRESSED
1. E-STOP button engaged.
2.
1. Press OK or Save Report.
2. Twist E-stop clockwise to release/disengage.
INTERLOCK REMOVED
1. External interlock removed.
2.
1. Insert interlock plug in External Interlock
Input.
2. If applicable, press and hold hand-switch or
foot-switch.
TEST PASSED
1. Test completed; DUT
meets input criteria.
1. Press OK or Save Report.
