2.3.1 Installing the device onto the DIN rail
 Verify that there is at least 4 in (10 cm) of space above and below the
device.
 Verify that there is at least 0.8 in (2 cm) of space on the right and left sides
of the device.
To mount the device onto a horizontally mounted 35 mm DIN rail according
to DIN EN 60715, proceed as follows:
 Slide the upper snap-in guide of the device into the DIN rail.
 Pull down the locking gate using a screwdriver and press the lower part
of the device against the DIN rail.
 Snap in the device by releasing the locking gate.
2.3.2 Mounting on a vertical flat surface
You have the option of attaching the device to a vertical flat surface. This
requires a wall mounting plate, which you purchase as a separate accessory.

The wall mounting plate comes without mounting hardware.
 Obtain mounting hardware which is suitable for your requirements.
The wall mounting plate includes instructions that take you through the
mounting procedure.
 Follow the mounting instructions enclosed with the accessory.
