4. Select [Control Panel] - [Add or Remove Programs] - [Emulex Common SAN Management xx.x.x.xx]
and then select [Remove].
5. Click [Yes] in the Uninstall screen.
6. Click [OK] in the Uninstall screen.
7. Restart the OS.
