5. Set SOM 1043 to ON when journals are not
accumulated at the RCU. If journals have
already been accumulated at the RCU, journal
copy does not start until the journal usage rate
becomes 0%. (If you need to set SOM 1043 to
ON while journals are accumulated, set Purge
Suspend, and then perform resync.)
