Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING
Always turn off your air conditioner and disconnect it from the power supply before any cleaning or
maintenance.
CLEANING THE INDOOR UNIT
• Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the indoor unit.
• Do not use chemicals or chemically treated cloths to clean the indoor unit.
• Do not use benzene, paint thinner, polishing powder, or other solvents to clean the indoor unit. These
can deform the plastic outer surface or cause it to crack.
• Do not use water hotter than 104°F (40°C) to clean the front panel. This can deform the panel and cause its
discoloration.
