Install the 8 mm nylon washer, friction adjusting lever
and
8 mm washer.

Turn the adjusting lever to the left side fully, and hold
it in this position and tighten the

mm self-locking nut
to
the specified torque.
TORQUE:
9.5 N*m (0.95 kgf*m, 6.9 Ibfoft)

Check the starting torque by measuring the starting
force using a spring scale at the center of the throttle
grip
