If kibbles aren't dispensing from your HoneyGuaridan Pet Care Product, consider these points: 1. Is the kibble size appropriate? The feeder is designed for kibble sizes between 2-15mm / 0.07-0.6in. Larger kibbles may cause jams. 2. Ensure you are not using moist or wet food, as this can cause blockages. 3. Empty the food tank and inspect the chute and food outlet for any obstructions. Clear any blockages you find.
