Annunciation Message System Failure
Fault 1
*No Purge Card* No card is plugged into the purge card slot or purge card was removed
during operation.
Fault 2
*AC Frequen/Noise* Excess noise or line frequency is below acceptable tolerances.
Fault 3
*AC Line Dropout* AC line momentarily interrupted.
Fault 4
*AC Frequency* Line frequency is faster than expected value.
Fault 5
*Low Line Voltage* AC line voltage is below accepted value (loss of amplitude or brownout).
Fault 6
*Purge Card Error* Damaged purge card is plugged in or purge card value has changed since
purge card was initially read.
Fauld 7
*Flame Amplifier* Flame signal was not detected when flame signal should have been present for a
standard amplifier.
Fault 8
*Flame Amp/Shutr* Flame signal was detected where no signal should be present for shutter-check
system (Shutter Test).
Fault 9
*Flame Detected* Flame sensed when shutter opened and no flame is expected during STANDBY.
Fault 10
*Preignition ILK* Preignition Interlock fault during STANDBY.
Fault 14
*High Fire Sw.* High Fire Interlock Switch failure to close during PURGE.

*Flame Detected* Flame sensed when shutter opened and no flame is expected during PURGE.
