What to do if the Alarm LED is ON on my Honeywell Controller?
    • P
      plopezAug 15, 2025
If the Alarm LED is ON in your Honeywell Controller, it could be due to a hardware problem, a fault in the application, or the controller starting without an application, or the operator manually stopped the application. Try powering down and then powering up the CLLIONLC01. If the problem continues, check and reload the application if necessary. If the issue still persists, consider replacing the hardware.

Why is the Power LED flashing on my Honeywell Centraline LION Controller?
    • D
      daniel74Aug 18, 2025
If the Power LED is flashing on your Honeywell Controller, it indicates that one or more of the internal voltage supplies are outside the permissible ranges, causing the controller to stop operating. Check the power and wiring. If the problem persists, consider replacing the hardware.

How to fix LONWORKS Service LED issue on Honeywell Centraline LION Controller?
    • T
      Todd BuckAug 21, 2025
If the LONWORKS Service LED is active at any time, this indicates that watchdog timer resets are occurring, which could mean there's a corrupt EEPROM and the system is in bootstrap mode. To resolve this, download the firmware.

What does LONWORKS Service LED during power up/reset mean on Honeywell Centraline LION Controller?
    • J
      James SimpsonAug 25, 2025
If the LONWORKS Service LED is active during power up or reset, it means the node lacks an application. This can be due to neuron chip firmware when a mismatch occurs on the application checksum. Set the module to 'configured online' using EXCELON. If the problem persists, and the MIP software on the LW interface has been erased due to a wrong setting performed using the ECHELON tool, replace the hardware.

What does it mean if the Alarm LED is flashing on my Honeywell Centraline LION Controller?
    • A
      Alejandro HarveyAug 27, 2025
If the Alarm LED is flashing on the Honeywell Controller once, it means that the controller has performed a restart. If it happens multiple times, there is an application or hardware problem.

What to do if both HMI LEDs are OFF on Honeywell Centraline LION Controller?
    • L
      laura18Aug 30, 2025
If both HMI LEDs are OFF, it indicates no HMI Interface communication. Check the HMI Interface connection and ensure proper earthing of connected hardware.

What to do if both C-Bus LEDs are OFF on Honeywell Controller?
    • I
      Ian MartinSep 2, 2025
If both C-Bus LEDs are OFF, it indicates no C-bus communication. Check the C-bus settings.

Why are both C-Bus LEDs flashing synchronously on my Honeywell Centraline LION Controller?
    • D
      Daisy GarciaSep 5, 2025
If both C-Bus LEDs are flashing synchronously, this indicates no C-bus communication. Check the C-bus wiring.

What does it mean when both Modem LEDs are OFF on a Honeywell Controller?
    • C
      Casey BairdSep 8, 2025
If both Modem LEDs are OFF, it indicates no Modem Interface communication. Check the Modem Interface connection.

What causes the LONWORKS Service LED to light up after powering up Honeywell Centraline LION Controller?
    • E
      Emily NelsonSep 12, 2025
If the LONWORKS Service LED is active after powering up the Honeywell Controller, it could indicate bad node hardware. Replace the hardware.
