Thisdocumentandtheinformationcontainedherein(“theMaterials”)aretheproprietarydataof
Honeywell.TheseMaterialsareprovidedfortheexclusiveuseofHoneywell-authorizedServiceCenters;
Honeywell-authorizedrepairfacilities;ownersofaHoneywellaerospaceproductthatisthesubjectof
theseMaterials(“HoneywellProduct”)thathaveenteredintoawrittenagreementwithHoneywellrelating
totherepairormaintenanceofHoneywellProduct;anddirectrecipientsofMaterialsfromHoneywellvia

ofthisHoneywellMaterialsLicenseAgreement(“LicenseAgreement”)governyouruseoftheseMaterials,
excepttotheextentthatanytermsandconditionsofanotherapplicableagreementwithHoneywell
regardingthemaintenanceorrepairofaHoneywellProductandthatisthesubjectoftheMaterialsconict
withthetermsandconditionsofthisLicenseAgreement,inwhichcasethetermsandconditionsofthe
otheragreementwillgovern.However,thisLicenseAgreementwillgovernintheeventofaconict
betweenthesetermsandconditionsandthoseofapurchaseorderoracknowledgement.Youraccessor
useoftheMaterialsrepresentsyouracceptanceofthetermsofthisLicenseAgreement.
1.LicenseGrant-IfyouareapartytoanapplicablewrittenagreementwithHoneywellrelatingtothe
repairormaintenanceofthesubjectHoneywellProduct,subjecttoyourcompliancewiththetermsand
conditionsofthisLicenseAgreement,Honeywellherebygrantsyou,andyouaccept,alimited,personal,
non-transferrable,non-exclusivelicensetousetheseMaterialsonlyinaccordancewiththatagreement.
IfyouareadirectrecipientoftheseMaterialsfromHoneywell’sMyAerospaceT echnicalPublication
websiteandarenotapartytoanagreementrelatedtothemaintenanceorrepairofthesubjectHoneywell
Product,subjecttoyourcompliancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisLicenseAgreement,Honeywell
herebygrantsyou,andyouaccept,alimited,personal,non-transferrable,non-exclusivelicensetousea
singlecopyoftheseMaterialstomaintainorrepaironlythesubjectHoneywellProductinstalledorintended
tobeinstalledontheaircraftyouownand/oroperateandonlyatthefacilitytowhichtheseMaterials
havebeenshipped(“theLicensedFacility”).TransferoftheMaterialstoanotherfacilityownedbyyouis
permittedonlyiftheoriginalLicensedFacilityretainsnocopiesoftheMaterials,thetransfereeaccepts
allofyourobligationsandliabilitiesunderthisLicenseAgreement,andyouprovidepriorwrittennotice
toHoneywellwiththenameandaddressofthetransferee.YouagreenottousetheseMaterialsfor
commercialpurposes.
2.RestrictionsonUse-Youmaynotsell,rent,leaseorlendtheMaterials,exceptforlendingyourMaterials
forthemaintenanceorrepairofthesubjectHoneywellProductyouowntosomeonesolelyactingonyour
behalfYoumaynotusetheMaterialstoreverseengineeranyHoneywellproduct,hardwareorsoftware,
andmaynotdecompileordisassemblesoftwareprovidedunderthisLicenseAgreement,exceptandonly
totheextentthatsuchactivityisexpresslypermittedbyapplicablelawnotwithstandingthislimitation.You
maynotcreatederivativeworksormodifytheMaterialsinanyway.YouagreethatMaterialsshallonlybe
usedforthepurposeoftherightsgrantedherein.TheMaterialfurnishedhereundermaybesubjecttoU.S.
