If you have difficulty with your thermostat, please try the following suggestions.
Most problems can be corrected quickly and easily.
Display is
blank
Check circuit breaker and reset if necessary.
Make sure all wires are inserted correctly into wall plate
connector.
Make sure thermostat is clamped properly to wall plate.
Operating
modes do not
respond
Make sure the desired temperature is set lower than the
inside temperature.
Check circuit breaker and reset if necessary.
Check if pre-wet function is active (wait 2 minutes to
complete Pre-wet function).
Verify if timer is active.
Verify if Schedule is active.
Temperature
settings do
not change
Make sure temperature is set to acceptable ranges: 68F to
95F (20C to 35C).
Room
temperature is
not displayed
or is not a real
temperature
Remove the thermostat from the wall plate for 1 minute,
then install it again.
Complete initial set up until the Home screen is shown.
Wait 5 minutes to have an accurate temperature displayed.
If the thermostat is removed from the wall plate, user
doesn’t need to run auto-calibration process indicated in
the installation manual again.
If “- -” is shown as room temperature, the temperature
sensor has irreversible damage and Auto Mode is no longer
available. The rest of the operation modes are functional.
