• Manual positioning is not in
zero position.
• Compressed air is not in
contact with actuator.
• Ruptured membrane.
• Valve cone jammed.
• Control force is too weak for the
valve.
• Bring manual positioning into zero position
(see chapter 5.1)
• Check compressed air system.
• Exchange membranes.
• See error search list for the valve.
• Check dimension or contact manufacturer of
the overall system.

2.3
• There is too little compressed
air.
• Control regulator set incorrectly.
• Valve cone has seized slightly
due to dirt particles.
• Check compressed air system for damage
and sufficient flow.
• Correction of the settings (see operating
manual control regulator).
• See error search list for the valve.

• Membranes not pressed in
properly.
• Seals worn.
• Inflow conduits to actuator
leaking.
• Re-tighten hexagonal nuts (18) until
membranes pressed in properly (4).
• Exchange guide (10) and/or membranes (4).
• Check inflow conduits for leaks and replace
or seal if necessary.
If the measures described above do not result in a satisfying outcome, the supplier / manufacturer must be
